By that time, you will feel hungry again and of course, start cowing for food again.Love the spices. Spicy foods, as researched, have the ability to boost your metabolic rate for about 30 minutes or more. However, the increase is just minimal and happens for only a short period. It will not really give a strong impact to your overall weight loss goal. Nevertheless, if you get to think of it, a little help from spices can still do wonders.
